We are Janelle and Tiffany, co-founders of Early Learning Consulting, united by our shared passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth in early childhood educators. With over 25 years of combined experience in the field, we are committed to supporting the next generation of educators and children.

Janelle’s Story:
Janelle’s dedication to early education began in high school when she interned at a preschool as a freshman. This experience sparked her lifelong commitment to nurturing young minds and advocating for high-quality early learning. Over the next 15 years, Janelle worked in various for-profit early childhood education centers, gaining invaluable experience in classroom settings and building her expertise in child development. In 2014, she transitioned to Head Start, where she spent many years growing in her career and blending her deep knowledge of child development with leadership to create programs that supported diverse children and families. Janelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State University.

Tiffany’s Story:
Tiffany’s career began in a Head Start program, where she worked as a teacher, laying the foundation for her strong belief in early intervention and family engagement. Her hands-on classroom experience deepened her understanding of the diverse needs of children, especially those from underserved communities. As her career progressed, Tiffany transitioned into administrative leadership, where she mentored teachers and helped guide them toward excellence in their practice. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Early Childhood Education and Psychology, from the University of Maine at Farmington, and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State University.
